Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT of 27 April 2016 – General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR
1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to provide you with the services required by our contractual obligations, we process your personal data for the purposes agreed upon or for other purposes provided for by the GDPR, all in full compliance with data protection regulations.
Under Article 4(1) of the GDPR, you are to be regarded as 'interested'.

We will only process those personal data that are necessary for the provision of our services or that you have made available to us with your consent.
Personal data is any data that provides information about an identified or identifiable individual and that provides specific information about personal relationships.
The personal information we collect may be for example name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, photos and all other technical and administrative information that is provided to us while using our website.
We keep a copy of the communications when you contact us or interact in any way with us, via email, mail, text messages (SMS), online, instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Skype, phone.
We may also collect your personal data from online vendors and service providers as well as from customer lists legally obtained from third-party providers.
Special categories of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or trade-union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning the health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person will not be processed, unless the data subject gives his explicit consent or the processing is necessary for the purposes referred to in Art. 9 of the GDPR (e.g. for the purposes of preventive medicine or occupational medicine, for reasons of public health, to protect a vital interest of the data subject or of another natural person where the data subject is unable to give his/her consent, etc.)
Consent to the processing of data is free. For tax or accounting reasons, the contractual relationship cannot be established without such consent.
2. YOUR RIGHTS
As an interested party you always have the right:
- to know if the data controller holds and/or processes personal data relating to you and to access it in full, including by obtaining a copy;
- the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete personal data; if there are any changes to your personal data, we ask you to inform us;
- the cancellation of personal data held by the Data controller if there is one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR or if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed;
- to ask the data controller to limit the processing of personal data only to certain personal data, if one of the reasons provided for in the regulations applies;
- to receive all your personal data processed by the owner, in structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device or request transmission to another owner without hindrance;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him/her or significantly affects him/her in a similar manner (see point 7).
The exercise of these rights as well as those referred to in paragraph 3 below, can be done by notice to the data controller or the representative designated by the data controller whose contact details are indicated below.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the regulations on data protection or your rights relating to data protection have been violated in any way, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, contact at garante@gpdp.it or through the site http://www.gpdp.it.
3. RIGHT OF OBJECTION
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the PSR on grounds of your particular circumstances (this processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller or necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party to be pursued, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, in particular if a minor, are not overridden).
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
4. DATA SECURITY
Your data will be protected by means of appropriate technical measures and organisers.
The data processing can be carried out with or without the help of electronic or automatic means (see point 7) and includes all the procedures foreseen by the GDPR and necessary for the processing of the data. In any case, the data will be processed in compliance with all security measures that ensure their safety and confidentiality.
These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, unlawful or accidental access, treatment, loss and manipulation. Despite our efforts to maintain an appropriately high standard of diligence, it cannot be excluded that the information you provide to us on the Internet may be viewed and used by others. We will make every effort to ensure that any data breaches are detected promptly and, if necessary, reported immediately to you and to the supervisory authority.
Please note that we assume no responsibility for the disclosure of information due to errors not caused by us in the transfer of data and / or in the event of access by unauthorized third parties (e.g. hacker attack on e-mail or phone accounts, interception of fax).
5. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING
The data is used in order to provide a requested service or to perform a contract with you.
The data made available to us will be processed exclusively with the methods and procedures necessary to provide you with the services requested and for the further purposes for which you have given your consent or for the purposes envisaged by the GDPR.
In particular, your data may be processed for the following purposes:
fulfilment of legal, community and contractual obligations;
accounting and management of customer and supplier accounting;
credit protection and liability management;
creation of a photographic archive of completed projects;
publication of the photos and your name as a reference in the company's advertising material, which will be distributed to third parties;
for statistical purposes, however, only after anonymisation of the data provided.
Only with your express consent the data may be used to carry out statistical analysis, market surveys, promotional activities through social media and sending commercial information on products and promotional initiatives of seron s.r.l..
Always with your consent the data may be used for profiling purposes conducted automatically by collecting information on the navigation that does during access and use of services.

6. DISSEMINATION, COMMUNICATION AND ACCESS TO DATA – DATA CONTROLLERS
Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated where necessary for the provision of the service to third parties (such as third-party providers of technical services, couriers, hosting providers, computer companies) appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by seron s.r.l. for tasks of a technical or organizational nature instrumental to the provision of services.
Your data may therefore be transmitted to the following parties in case of need:
- to public administrations and authorities, where required by law;
- to banks with which we do business, to manage credits and liabilities;
- to all those natural persons and or public and/or private legal entities (legal, administrative and tax advisory offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), where the transmission is necessary or useful for the fulfilment of our obligations;
- to our graphic or advertising consultant for the preparation of the company's advertising material;
- external technical service providers,
- to couriers,
- to hosting providers and IT companies.
The updated list of Managers may always be requested from the Data Controller.
Access to data is also granted to representatives of seron s.r.l. involved in the organization for data processing (administrative staff, sales, marketing, customer service, system administrators).
The right of communication to third parties remains unaffected if you have given your specific and optional consent.
Your data will be transmitted exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, in particular for the performance of a contract or on the basis of your prior consent. The data processors process the data only on the basis of our instructions.
7. AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING
We could use automated (i.e., non-human) profiling decision-making processes to produce an analysis of the segment of the population to which we belong, our past and future behaviour and preferences.
This allows us to:
provide you with content tailored to your needs and offered through our platform and communications for advertising purposes;
providing differentiated services to customers in relation to customer service and other operational services.
If the result of an automated decision does not suit you, please contact us using the contact details you can find below and we will correct your decision.
8. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
Your personal data will be processed by seron srl within the territory of the European Union.
If for technical and/or operational reasons it is necessary to use entities located outside the European Union, or it is necessary to transfer some of the data collected to technical systems and services managed in the cloud and located outside the European Union, the processing will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorised on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union.
All necessary precautions will therefore be taken to ensure the fullest protection of personal data by basing such transfer.
9. DURATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The period of time for which your personal data will be stored depends on the purpose for which it was collected, on your possible request for deletion of the data and on the possible obligation to keep it for legal purposes (e.g. in compliance with regulations).
The data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to perform the services requested or to fulfill legal obligations and to protect against any liability action.
In the event that your personal data is used for advertising purposes or with your consent, the data will be used until your consent is revoked and for a short period after that (to enable us to complete your requests).
We keep a copy of your request not to send any more advertising material or not to use your personal data for an indefinite period of time, so that we can comply with your request in the future.
For statistical purposes, the data may be stored for a longer period after they have been rendered anonymous.
For direct marketing purposes, data may be retained for longer periods.

11. CHANGES TO OUR DATA PROTECTION POLICY.
We may update this Policy and any additional data protection notes from time to time. The changes will be notified to you where required by law. We recommend that you regularly refer to this Data Protection Policy.
