The cost for shipping is calculated pro cardboard. The countries are divided into zones.
For larger quantities we ask you to email for the shipping price.

Zone 3

Switzerland, Lichtenstein, UK, Greece.

(minimum order for UK starting from 135GBP value of goods)

For non-EU countries, customs duty and import sales tax are not included in the price and will be charged from the carrier.

Order fulfillment times and mode of delivery:

By the time of order processing we mean the amount of time that elapses from order entry to delivery of the product to the carrier. All orders containing products available in stock, whichthe customer has received confirmation of payment will be processed in 2 days (working days). Obviously seron Ltd. will try to process your order as quickly as possible.
There are no shipments at Mail boxes or from companies that provide domiciliary services.
The shipping costs are charged to to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. The shipment cost wich are burdened to the customer, will be calculated based on the method chosen when ordering.
No fees or commission is due to seron Ltd.
The goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer with packaging made properly sealed with original sticker.

Warning

Upon the courier delivers the parcel , the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the letter of the carrier;
That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials;
Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, by adding the word:
Acceptance with reserve “followed by a short description of all that is in dispute on the appropriate document and communicated within 8 days in one of the following ways:

Also if the the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within 10 days of receipt.
Any hidden defects must be reported in the manner described above.
Each alert over these terms will not be taken into account. For each statement the customer assumes full responsibility for the statement. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the parcel.
The working days are from Monday to Friday.
Delivery by courier:

Delivery of the goods ordered are:
Area 1: approx. 1 – max. 6 working days
Area 2,3 : approx. 5 – max. 12 working days

For all other countries not listed in Zones the delivery will be announced in the e-mail regarding the shipping costs.

The same may vary due to case of force majeure, not attributable to seron Srl.
