These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by the present-commerce site of acoustic products.

All contracts for the purchase of products on the site seron Srl. shall be governed by the following conditions of sale.

The order is considered valid after acceptance by e-mail by the seron srl.

Prices

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs that are paid by the customer. The price is the one practiced at the time of the order as indicated by the electronic catalog except writing errors. You can not order the goods at a price different from that in force on the day of the order. seron reserves the right to change prices without further notice.

Property right

The delivered goods remain property of the seller until full compliance with all the terms and conditions agreed between the seller and the customer and until the full payment is settled.

Delivery

Delivery is charged to the customer from the seron deposit. If you suspect that there are any damages due to transport or you suspect that goods have been removed from the packaging , you must refuse the delivery. In any case, you must promptly give written notice to our Company and if you have accepted the delivery, please keep the box for further investigation.

Returns of goods

For items that are returned, the buyer needs a copy of the purchase receipt. Before returning the goods, we ask you to inspect our Withdrawal policy. The buyer bears the cost and risk of return shipments.

Liability

The liability of the legal representatives, and of the employees of the seller towards the purchaser is excluded except in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Warranty

Products purchased through seron Onlineshop are subject to discipline, as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree 02/02/2002 n. 24 (OJ No. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and warranties for consumer goods, if not expressly mentioned, the specific provisions provided by the Civil Code. This guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions that are not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used correctly and with due diligence in respect of its destination and as provided in the technical documentation , compliance with the various operating rules therein. The guarantee is not applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, purchased is connected with electrical systems or any other type of connection which is not conform. The guarantee is personal and shall be applicable only to the original purchaser, being restricted to direct customers and not to dealers, retailers, etc..
